My Drunk Aunt: Real sounds or imaginary?
Therapist: *curious* Let’s say imaginary.

You need to destroy the ideology that you need to have accomplished XYZ by a specific age.
You don’t need to have graduated by 23, have your dream job by 30, be financially set up by 50 or retire at 65.
Stop living life like it’s a triathlon.
It’s not a race…
… it’s not a competition.
And the only way to lose is to quit.
