Trish the Dish’s 6-year-old son, Zepher, had to go to the clinic for a test… his friend Stu was there and here’s their conversation in the clinic waiting room:

Stu: *Crying loudly*

Zepher: Why are you crying?

Stu: I came here for a blood test.

Zepher: Are you afraid?

Stu: No… for the blood test, they cut my finger.

*Zepher starts weeping, making Stu feel surprised but curious.*

Stu: Why are you crying now?

Zepher: I came here for a urine test.

Stu:

‘9 Random Thoughts’

I have a friend who was in the Para-Olympics and recently got inducted into a Hall of Fame… was chatting with her and here are some random thoughts I had about sport / building a big business:

1. We do not want to show how good we are… we want to MEASURE how good we are.
2. If you’re not willing to fight for what you want… whining about what you lost doesn’t make any sense.
3. If you’re trying to accomplish big things… you need to put your future-self before your present-self.
4. You can’t skip over the hard parts… they’re what make you grow.
5. You don’t need ‘Willpower’ you need ‘WHYpower.’ (90% of local businesses fall over)
6. The force isn’t with you…. It IS you.
7. Something in your nature cries out to be loved by others… isolation is devastating.
8. That’s why solitary confinement is considered the cruelest of punishments, even for the hardest of criminals. *Don’t isolate yourself.*
9. Hard people like my dad don’t say ‘I love you’… it sounds like: ‘Be careful’ ‘Look after yourself’ ‘Lets catch up soon’ ‘I got this for you’ ‘ I think you’ll be inspired by this’ ‘I’ll call you’.

You heard it here first.
