Yesterday I was explaining how you should write down what you will give up to get to your goals as well as how Dave’s dad’s girlfriend broke up with him so he stole her wheelchair.

Dave was speaking to my 23-year-old nephew who just proposed to his girlfriend. Here’s their conversion:

Dangerous Dave: Congrats, I heard you just got engaged. 

Nephew: Thanks. What advice can you give me about marriage?

Dangerous Dave: Well, my first marriage got off to a rocky start.

Nephew: What happened?

Dangerous Dave: I tried to establish dominance at our wedding by saying “you’ll do” rather than “I do.”
