Yesterday I was explaining the magic of Checklists and how they can instantly improve results by as much as 50%.
Hard work getting them right.
Remember: Freedom is not a right or a privilege…
It is earned.
And on a semi unrelated note on earnings…
Apple announced a stock split today.
Billions is one of my favorite all-time shows.
I try not to give investment advice and if I do you should talk to someone much smarter than me before investing 5 cents.
I have elementary school level intelligence.
Here is what I do know.
My boy Bobby Axelrod would be shorting GOOGL right now.
Apart from the ‘lying to congress’ thing….
GOOGL will be the first Big Unicorn forced to dismantle and my guess is you’ll see it start dismantling by the end of the year.
How much that hurts their stock price is the unknown… but MY OPINION is they’ll be forced to separate their search and AI etc…
And that will not, in any way, be good for their short-term stock price.
Please read above re: my elementary school level intelligence and do your own homework before investing hard-earned money.
The stock market is a dodgy place and often doesn’t work the way reality says it should.
And from where I sit the Apple stock split is not what it may seem…

Checklists: Part 2
The response I got yesterday on Checklists made me realize I need to tell you how it works in the other direction also.
It can save you from failure and heartache… also systematically make you and your high-end coaching clients a TON of money.
I’ll give you a couple of examples.
I helped a party shop create a ‘checklist’ for their clients…
Mom would come in and the staff member would run them through an entire checklist of stuff she might want and may not have thought of (a theme, balloons, streamers, candles, invitations, cake, a cleaner to come afterward etc…)
Another client was a car wash and we did the same thing…
People would drive up and a guy in overalls would walk up with a clipboard and pen with a checklist… ‘do you want wax, tires, engine detailed, leather conditioning, windshield treatment, air freshener etc…).
At the time a commissioned salespeople working at a carwash was unheard of.
The average “unit of sale” increased dramatically after the checklist and incentive for increased sales were implemented.
Importantly, when you increase the unit of sale… the profit on the upsell is far greater than the original transaction because the expenses (marketing etc…) were already covered.
