One of Steve Jobs’ favorite books was the Innovator’s Dilemma.

The premise of the book is how successful companies fail by sticking to their established product / business and not embracing disruptive technologies.

Kodak, Blockbuster, Blackberry to name a few popular horror stories.

^Icarus Paradox

Icarus created wings but then flew too close to the sun and they melted…  he fell to his death.

What makes you successful can lead to your downfall.
