Yesterday I gave you another email to send a prospect who’s ghosting you as well as how My Drunk Aunt is following a Japanese method where she holds every object she owns and if it does not bring her joy… she throws it away.
Speaking of throwing out her bra, the vegetables, electric bill, the scale, her wide-frame mirror, and the treadmill.

This is another zinger from the one and only Jeff Bezos.
He says, ‘Big Leaders’ have to do three things in their company and only three things:
1. Identify BIG ideas
2. Enforce tough execution
3. Elevate future leaders
The power of that is PROFOUND.
I can’t think of better advice to give to a business coach looking to make an impressive and meaningful impact on their local business community.
An example of this playing out for you and your local business community… 90% fail so here is how you combat that:
1 Big Idea: You run a weekly business workshop with 10 local business owners to EDUCATE them on the fundamentals of building a profitable and sustainable business and FIGHT the failure rate.
Some will buy and some will not but that’s irrelevant… the big idea is to ensure everyone gets the right education (plenty will buy BTW… if you’re consistent they’ll also send the referrals you desire) and a blueprint to follow.
2. Enforce tough execution: It’ll be hard to fill those rooms… and not to mention put on a phenomenal performance while educating and entertaining your audience each week.
A Tony Robbins event is like a 4 day rock concert… that’s why he packs the house with thousands of people each time.
Educate AND entertain.
3. Elevate Future Leaders: In Bezos case he’s talking succession… but in your case in this example you’ll elevate attendees who will build local multiple 7 figure businesses.
Those who follow your advice / framework (Profit Acceleration) will go on to build needle moving local companies.
Your presentation and a relationship with you will be their monumental moment.
