Day 1200: Refuse. Give. Remembered.
Last week we covered a lot of ground including how people respect what you inspect as well as how My Drunk Aunt says her 11 year old son doesn’t think she gives him enough privacy.
Speaking of her telling Wifey he wrote exactly that in his journal…
Dave and his girlfriend were having a private chat this morning and here is how it went:
Dave’s Girlfriend: Tell me something you’ve never told anyone else.
Dangerous Dave: *whispering* I think the owl people are already amongst us.
Dave’s Girlfriend: Who?
Dangerous Dave: Holy sh*t

Your one PROFIT ACCELERATION THING today is:
‘What You Refuse to Give Up On.’
So I had surgery on Saturday.
Only I would book surgery on Saturday (5th time on the same hernia UGGGG) so I can be rocking by Monday.
Kinda sad LOL
But it brings me to this…
I’m not going to be remembered for what I’m doing.
Certainly not an email or a bad joke.
Well possibly one or two of my jokes that crossed the line :o)
But I will for sure be remembered for:
What I REFUSE to give up on.
Problem I see with struggling business coaches is that they give up too easily.
Give up on their clients.
Give up on their podcast.
Give up on their dreams.
Give up on their live events.
Give up on pursuing the joint venture partner.
Give up on their outreach plan / process.
Give up on their daily email.
Give up on their follow up.
Give up on their marketing.
Give up on their personal branding.
Give up on advertising.
An example is one of my business coaches will do a live event with 10 – 25 people in the room and report back on whether it was a worthy exercise.
Like as though the results of ONE event will dictate whether or not they do another one.
The last time I did a local live event with small business owners…
… I got 100% conversion.
Not to ‘appointments’ but to closed high end coaching clients.
Every business owner in the room BOUGHT (Rodedog has told the story on the Podcast many times) a high-end coaching package.
Difference?
I’ve done over 400+ local live events.
The first one I did?
Not nearly as exciting.
Here’s a quote for you:
“You’ll be remembered for what you REFUSE to give up on.”
So coach… what do you REFUSE to give up on?
Many REFUSE to give up on their worries, past, pains, addictions, limiting beliefs, fears….
… rather than their limitless potential.
Warning: What you refuse to give up on is what your kids, friends, family and peers will remember you for.
