Dangerous Dave: What’s stopping her from plucking one of my hairs and dropping it at a crime scene.

I also want to emphasize that a contingency deal will dramatically increase your closing ratios.
In a nutshell the confidence and positioning of the contingency deal makes your new high-end client feel more ‘certain’ that you’re the real deal.
Base your contingency off ‘gross’ and not off ‘net’ so you don’t get screwed.
