This guy strapped himself to me, we jumped out of the plane and as we plummeted, he said “So, how long have you been an instructor?”

If you or your clients want to make YT work… here’s some notes I took from a friend of mine who has over 400,000 users on his software platform:
1. You need to focus on quality over quantity.
2. Don’t reinvent the wheel… find top performing videos in your niche and adjust to suit / place your personal spin on it.
3. A great result is having them say “that’s amazing I’ve never heard it explained like that before.”
4. Respect their time. Don’t press record and freewheel your video. Script out your video… and get your point across quickly / succinctly.
5. A 20% better video doesn’t get 20% better views. A 20% better video gets 20X the views (quality over quantity).
6. KB you built an 8 figure coaching business… use your expertise and experience to set yourself apart.
7. Be consistent.
Use this same advice for your podcast, X, emails, articles, interviews etc…
