I was just talking to My Drunk Aunt and here’s how our conversation went:
My Drunk Aunt: I just killed a huge spider running across the floor with my shoe.
I don’t care how big and freaky the spider is…

Like, rather than ‘exiting’ my business, I’d rather build ‘a business I could sell tomorrow but don’t want to.’

The person was confused as to why I mentioned anxiety and was up at 4am working when I don’t need to.
Legitimate success in business requires an insatiable appetite to succeed.
For themselves, for their staff, for their clients, for their product / service.
Like a superstar athlete…
… when the bank balance swells you don’t suddenly lose that insatiable inner drive.
Does the star athlete walk away while still able to perform at their highest level?
Nope.
Maybe you wondered why Tom Brady went back to the Buccaneers when he, seemingly, had accomplished everything there was to accomplish on a football field plus his complimentary bank account.
And had the supermodel to cuddle up to each night.

When I was chosen to play for Team Canada…
I trained so hard I literally wore holes in my skates before we started.
I got better and it got much HARDER.
I’ll never forget the free vasectomy the 250-pound 6’5” Slovakian gave me with his stick during a face-off in the Bronze medal game with 50 seconds to go.
Pretty sure he lifted me 12 inches off the ground.

Your success will be tied to the level of resistance you experience and INVITE.
