Day 1261: On-Boarding. Lead Gen. Portal.

Yesterday I told you about Elon’s new genius level project as well as what Dave said when I asked, how do you tell someone their breath stinks without being rude?
Speaking of easy, I just say, I’m bored. Let’s drink mouthwash…
We were at the pub last night (I was drinking my usual, La Croix) and here’s the conversation:
Me: *slight amount of awkward silence* So tell me what you’re thinking peeps…
My Drunk Aunt: If I refuse to do cardio… does that count as resistance training?
Stu: The meteorologist who devised the windchill factor died. He was 86… but he felt like 75.
Dave’s Girlfriend: When I see lovers’ names carved in a tree, I don’t think it’s cute… I just think it’s strange one of them was carrying a knife on their date.
Dangerous Dave: I’m thinking about how I got ejected from a bottomless brunch for a simple dress code mix-up.
Me: *motions to waiter* Bill please.

‘It’s Not About Size’
The goal of a business should be sustained PROFITS….
… not size.
Problem is if you look at their current strategy, they’re optimizing for SIZE because it sounds sexy.
Gross revenues, # of staff, # of customers, # of locations, cities, states, countries, # of products under management / distributed, services provided etc…
I assume you and your high-end coaching clients don’t want to get rich for a month… you want to get rich for a lifetime.
You should only need to get rich once.
The issue is that your client can’t sustain PROFITS if they don’t know what is and is not working.
I’m totally redoing our on-boarding system and creating a ‘lead generation portal’ for our coaches to get more clients.
It will be live in less than 30 days… speed of implementation.
Here’s the process I followed and that you will want to adopt with your high-end coaching clients:
1. *Measure their progress and results
2. Identify what ACTIVITIES are causing those results
3. Improve those activities through reporting
4. *Measure their progress and results

6. Improve those activities through reporting
7. *Measure their progress and results
8. Rinse and repeat
Insist they no longer accept throwing darts at the wall while using ‘blind luck’ and ‘hope’ as a strategy.
