Dangerous Dave: Happy birthday.
Me: Thx. You’re older than me… make me feel better about another birthday.
Dangerous Dave: Not sure I can do that cause I threw out my back sleeping and tweaked my neck sneezing. I fear I’m one fart away from ending up in a wheelchair.
Me:
Me: Should I go on a vacation?
Dangerous Dave: When I can’t afford a vacation… I just drink until I can’t remember where I am.
Me:
Me: Tell me something interesting.
Dangerous Dave: I bet you never realized that birthday sex is you having sex to celebrate your parents having sex.
Me: Good chat.

… their margins are likely higher, but let’s be ultra conservative.
They earn a dollar and keep 10 cents.
For every dollar you help reduce on their expenses… equates to a ten-dollar increase in their revenues without making an extra sale / earning an extra dollar.
To help your client cover your annual fees of $24,000.00 (2k per month) of your coaching fees… you just need to save them $2,000 off their monthly expenses.
High five them and let them know you’re a free resource to them for the rest of the year.
No new sales, no new clients, no new staff, no new products, no new services…
… no new nothing.
Read that again.
Gets more exciting / easier when, and if, your client has larger margins.
