My Drunk Aunt was on a game show and here’s how it went while we watched with her son:

Game Show Host: What are ‘Do It,’ ‘Give it To Me,’ and ‘I Can’t Get Enough’?

My Drunk Aunt: Noises I heard from the dressing room beside me prior to us going on air.

Game Show Host: *fist to mouth, coughs*

Game Show Host: If you’re struggling to sleep… are you more likely to be a man or a woman?

My Drunk Aunt: Well, that’s the question that’s been keeping me awake at night.

Game Show Host: *covers mouth with back of hand, raises eyebrows*

Game Show Host: Which of your five senses tends to diminish as you get older?

Me: My sense of decency.

Game Show Host: *coughs*

Game Show Host: What’s a good reason for pounding meat?

My Drunk Aunt: Loneliness.

– Don’t have a plan to manage social media activity  

– Don’t exercise

– Don’t stretch

– Don’t meditate

– Don’t socialize

– Stay inside

– Stare at your phone throughout the day

– Play video games for long periods of time

– Drink

– Smoke / Vape

– Rely on drugs

– Spend more than you earn

– Don’t control negative thoughts  

– Don’t increase your skill set

– Consume and not create

– Don’t smile

– Don’t make the call

– Don’t send the email

– Don’t attend the event

– Don’t keep your word to others

– Don’t keep your word to yourself

You heard it here first.

Now, pick up the phone and go help someone.
