Lifetime gross profit per client / cost of client acquisition.
As a business coach, if you keep clients for 12 months and charge them 24 k per year… and it costs you 2 k to acquire them.
You have a ‘12 / 1’ ratio of ‘lifetime gross profit per client / cost of client acquisition’.
Translation: Excellent and that’s part of why we’re consultants / coaches…
