My Drunk Aunt’s son, Dick, is really into science and always doing experiments. Here’s our conversation:

Me: Tell me about your most recent science experiment.

Dick: I found a butterfly on the ground that had no wings…

Me: What did you do?

Dick: I poured Red Bull on him and BAM…

Me: What happened?

Dick: He drowned.

Richard Branson carries a notepad everywhere he goes to capture his ideas.

They don’t use their memory for storage.

Here it is today in a single sentence:

Your client’s mind is for creating ideas…

… not remembering them.

Write it down.

Stay organized.

Revisit them on a regular basis.

Tell the others.

Now, pick up the phone and go help someone.
