Lyrics from the song go, ‘If you like the way you look that much… Oh baby, you should go and love yourself.’

I’m not convinced he really meant, ‘love yourself.’

A few things to consider on loving yourself… for you and your high-end coaching clients. 

– Reading stoicism every AM can act as a powerful meditative practice.

– Make a list of your wants and then make a list of reasons you don’t need those wants.

– Said differently: Consider creating a “Want Less Strategy” for your life and disregard your current ‘Want More Strategy.’

– Buddha says all your suffering is caused by your ‘attachments.’

– It didn’t say ‘money is the root of all evil’… it said ‘the LOVE of money is the root of all evil.’

– Pull up a chair and stare at yourself in a mirror for 30 minutes without moving (1 hour is better). You’ll learn a remarkable amount about yourself, you’ll likely end up in tears and it’ll be wildly moving. 

– You can’t love something more than you love yourself. 

– Do as Biebs says… love yourself. 

Tell the others. 

Now, pick up the phone and go help someone.
