Day 294: My Grandma. Black Friday.

Yesterday I told you some fun facts as well as two from my late Grandma that lived to 102…

She was a bit of a character and here’s an example conversation between her and my, equally awesome, Aunt Joyce, at Thanksgiving Dinner many years ago.

Grandma: “Karl, when your Aunt Joyce was young, I asked her to stick her head out of the car to check if the blinker was working.

She said Yes, No, Yes, No, Yes, No, Yes, No…”

Aunt Joyce: “HAHA. When your Grandma went to the beach in a bathing suit…a whale swam up to her and started singing ‘We Are Family’

Grandma: “Your funny, Aunt Joyce.  When God said ‘Let there be Light’ … he had to ask you to move out of the way.”
