Over the weekend my neighbor with big boobs was outside gardening topless… I found myself wishing his wife would do the same.

Here’s a conversation between my wife and me last night.
Me: I broke a glass in the kitchen.
Wifey: I am coming with the broom.
Me: It isn’t urgent. You can come on foot.

Here’s what is remarkable.
The average professional fighter that makes it to the big stage… takes home approximately $100,000 for a fight.
Jake Paul made $10 million fighting Nate Robinson…
A basketball player?!?
I can only imagine what his take home pay will look like after knocking out the MMA guy, with a Dad bod, on Saturday night.
When you see Jake Paul get interviewed, I’d imagine you’d react the same as me… ‘OMG is this guy ever an idiot’…
But you keep watching.
So did I.
Same as you did, Mayweather.
Same as you did, McGregor.
Would have been ridiculously similar to the Muhammad Ali reaction back in the day.
The discrepancy in pay is the same as in other sports.
Roger Federer made $106 million in 2020… Daniel Evans, who beat The Fed in 2020 earned 2.5 million in the same calendar year playing in the same tournaments.
Cristiano Ronaldo made $105 million in 2020 and his right-hand man Gianluigi Buffon, on the same team, in the same league and played in all the same games only earned 1.5 million.
Lebron James earned $99 million in 2020 and Alfonzo McKinnie, who plays right beside him, earned 1.3 million.
The list goes on….
It’s no different with business coaches.
I have business coaches that work with me and are building towards a team of 100 business coaches under them and are 7 figure earners.
I also have coaches that are not doing nearly that well with the same program.
What’s the difference, here is what I see when I dissect Jake Paul’s Marketing Roadmap…
1. Total Clarity:
Every time Jake Paul gets in front of a microphone or gets in the boxing ring, he’s 100% clear on his outcome.
He’s not working from a to-do list and hoping things get done. He is working toward a very clear and desired result.
It’s also very important that you’re authentic here. Bravado only works when you can pull it off – and it’s not the only way to be bold and to get noticed.
How CLEAR are you with your “outcome” when speaking to JV’s, business owners, and promoters?
If I were to describe your approach with one word, would it be:
Brash or Meek?
2. Be Obsessed:
Marriages break up over ‘lack of money’ 100 times more than over ‘lack of love’.When businesses fail it’s never overly pretty.
I’m comfortable saying, I’m 100% grade A OBSESSED with helping business coaches build multiple six-figure practices and avoiding the same challenges and pitfalls (the roller coaster they call lead generation!!) that I did while I built my $5.5 million dollar business coaching company (that’s $400k PER MONTH in new coaching clients).
Jake Paul is OBSESSED with self-promotion.
When he loses, and he will lose, it will not dampen his enthusiasm nor self-belief.
You need to have that same obsession for YOUR coaching. Not just for speaking and touting yourself as a business coach, but also for helping business owners – despite their unwillingness to execute.
And then you need to communicate that obsession for helping them, properly, in your marketing.
Scream it from the mountain tops.
On FB, LI, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc… talk about results you’re getting for yourself and your clients (must be done the correct way) constantly.
When you start doing this properly… business owners and coaching clients will magically start seeking you out.
3. In Your Face
The perception of Jake Paul is a bonehead who can hardly form a proper sentence.
Jake Paul generally has something of interest to say. The fact he’s clearly an intelligent businessman sets him apart and makes his fans, from one side of the globe to the other, adore him.
No need for you to be as “in your face” as Jake Paul, but getting the attention of small business owners is a big part of the marketing game.
It’s the same with business coaches.
Ninety percent say the same old platitudes like “I’ll help you improve your business and revenues”, “I’ll power up your online presence”, “I’ll help you get great results” “I can’t wait to get started.”
Unfortunately, business owners are hearing it from all sides and not going to respond to these lame and generic claims.
Instead of using clichés like “I will help you improve your business and revenues,” “transformational” cough, cough… how would you like to be able to say this instead:

Then watch your referrals and word of mouth triple.
