Day 466: My Muscles…

Yesterday I was explaining one of my most expensive habits… assuming people were disinterested rather than distracted.

A game-changer both emotionally and financially.

Speaking of my delicate emotions…

Every time a bird craps on my car, I eat a plate of wings on my patio to show them what I’m capable of.

In other news…

Just me, or is it amazing how many parents on your FB feed went from ‘I don’t understand my kids’ grade 7 homework’ to the infectious disease experts in less than a year.

Anyhoo…

Your ONE COACHING THING Today Is:

Your Muscles

When I say muscles, you probably think of me with my shirt off in a dreamy way…

But normal people would be thinking:

Biceps

Triceps

Quads

Glutes

Etc…

And you know the saying… use them or lose them.

The real muscles you need to worry about are:

Passion

Hunger

Courage

Determination

Drive

Etc…

And the same rules apply; use them or lose them.

Unfortunately, you’re probably losing them.

Worse…

You’re likely strengthening your fear, nervousness, anxiety, and other negative muscles.

Stop it.
