Day 527: Your 2022 Goals
Yesterday I was explaining how the Gooroo’s either tell you to hustle or to put your feet up. Apparently no one can be in the middle.
Speaking of the middle…
I washed my antibiotic pills down with a probiotic shake and now I’m back to square one.
In other news…
I can’t prove this but I swear I used to be smarter, funnier, more handsome and significantly less tired.
Anyhoo…
Your ONE COACHING THING Today Is:
‘Your 2022 Goals’
Mistake people make around goals is that they set a goal of destination.
‘I will make $100,000 in 2022.
‘I will get ten high end clients by March 1, 2022.’
‘I will have a bank balance of $35,000 by March 1, 2022.’
‘I will lose 15 pounds by March 1, 2022.
Etc…
Write goals around the process and what you can control.
‘I will make 10 prospecting calls and send out 10 prospecting private messages before 10am every week for 90 days.’
‘I will call and book The Chamber of Commerce for ten dates… each Tuesday at 7am and will make ten prospect calls every day without fail.’
‘I will help solve one business owners’ problem… free of charge every day for 90 days.’
‘I will follow my diet and go to the gym every day for 30 days.’
Etc…
The goal of $10,000 per month in the coaching industry is so common and SO LAME its insane.
The goal itself is the reason its not achieved by those that pursue it.
You heard it here first.
