Yesterday I was explaining how concentrating on things you don’t have, increases the things you don’t have and also dropped a couple of my 9 year old daughters jokes.

Me: Ha ha.
Daughter: Where do you learn to make a banana split?
Sundae School.

I read something the other day where Harvard professor Daniel Lieberman said this:
“The quickest way to change your physical health (weight, fitness, body etc…) is not to rely on willpower, but to change the system and environment in which you find yourself.”
In other words, if you want to lose weight… forget the diet, willpower, and discipline.
Just stop hanging out with your friends that are avoiding their responsibilities at
Starbucks and the bar…
… and head to the environment called the gym.
If you want to earn more money, the quickest way isn’t to ‘do a course’ or to ‘hustle and grind’… it’s to change your environment.
Simple.
Obvious.
Genius.
