Day 77: Taylor Swift At My Thanksgiving Dinner

For my American friends, I hope you had a great Thanksgiving weekend.

I’m grateful for you reading my diatribe and also responding on Friday to my chili eating adventures. 

Funniest email EVER.

So, last week I was gushing all over Taylor Swift and explaining how my buddy, who’s ‘not a details guy’, is accidentally in the process of spending $79,591.86 on his BMW worth about half that.  

If he doesn’t like the idea of GIVING HIS MONEY AWAY like the majority of the Planet… he might wanna watch those minor details in the future.  

Or follow me, Zuck and Pointdexter’s lead and get a calculator for his breast pocket.

Forget the scars… chicks dig breast pocket calculators.

And don’t pretend like that surprises you. 

Anyhoo….

When I realized… I asked a question.

Why? 

Yes… they’re SWELL people and all about the kids.

But your newsflash is also today’s ONE THING…

Depending on the news week and what else is happening… They get up to $10 million dollars of free publicity as a result.

And it also just happens to miraculously line up perfectly with an upcoming album and tour.

Not as swell of people as you thought they were?

Likely more strategic, however.

You heard it here first.

In case you missed it… if you have a 16-year-old in the family they should start working on the celebrity on their choice for Prom.

They have a much better shot than you’d think as long as a concert date supports it.  

And also… What crazy thing are you doing locally to create a local story and get attention / free PR for you and your cause?

Speaking of important causes… 

If you happen to know tall leggy intelligent and highly inspirational Taylor Swift…

Let her know she missed my Prom by a few years but if she comes to our American Thanksgiving Dinner, in Canada, I’ll get her $20 million of free publicity and we’ll beat all these other singing dumb-dumbs.

And if the next time you see my wife and I walking around… if my wife has dyed her hair blond and wearing 11-inch heels… you’ll know what’s happening.

And…. She reads this stuff. 

So I’ll probably be cooking my own dinner tonight :o) 

While my wife is mad at me and making me cook my own dinner… she’ll be listening to my new kick-butt Podcast, ‘Business Coaching Secrets.’
