Yesterday I explained what great business owners want as well as how my Godson played darts with a girl who was really good.

I was with Dave in Vatican City when he met the Pope. Here’s their conversation:
The Pope: I’m handing out miracles, who wants to go first?
Dangerous Dave: *raises hand*
The Pope: What would you like?
Dangerous Dave: Can you help me with my hearing?
The Pope: Yes! *places hands on Dave’s ears and prays* How is your hearing now?
Dangerous Dave: I don’t know it’s not until next Tuesday.

Some ‘personal coaching notes’ you might find helpful.
1. Don’t execute on your ideas… execute on your roadmap.
2. Build an individual roadmap for each idea worthy of pursuit.
3. Your description of Los Angeles (the end goal) shouldn’t be confused with your roadmap to Los Angeles.
4. If you can’t describe your plan then you don’t have one. ~ W. Edwards Deming
5. Bad economies don’t make businesses fail… bad economies expose bad companies. *Similar to a Warren Buffett quote
6. Value is not in the plan… the value is in the PLANNING.
7. The above will not work if you don’t detail clear priorities.
Bonus: The best way to have a GREAT idea is to have lots of ideas.
Just don’t let ideation hamper your forward progress and execution.
