My Grandma lived to 102 and was a bit of a character.

Here’s an example Thanksgiving conversation between her and my, equally awesome, Aunt Joyce, at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Grandma: Karl, when your blonde Aunt Joyce was young, I asked her to stick her head out of the car to tell me if the blinker was working.

She said Yes, No, Yes, No, Yes, No, Yes, No…

Aunt Joyce: HAHA when your Grandma went to the beach in a bathing suit…a whale swam up to her and started singing ‘We Are Family’

Grandma: You’re funny, Aunt Joyce.  When God said ‘Let there be Light’ … he had to ask you to move out of the way.

Young Karl: *silence*
