Speaking of all three of them saying no…

Dave and I were speaking to his Dad, and here’s how the conversation went:

Dangerous Dave: What’s wrong Dad, you look lonely.

Dave’s Dad: My girlfriend said I should treat her like a princess.

Dangerous Dave: What did you do?

Dave’s Dad: I married her off to a stranger to strengthen the alliance with France. 

Dangerous Dave: 

Me: *looks in other direction*

Your one PROFIT ACCELERATION THING today is: 

‘Crayons’ 

The new Michael Jackson movie got me thinking about this. 

No one had ever heard of or created software for business coaches before we did it well over a decade ago.

My point is this…

By the age of seven, you can count as high as you’d like. 

There’s an answer for every number. 

But listing colors is different. 

There are 64 crayolas and no one knows what 65 will look like and coming up with it will take creativity. 

Art rather than science.  

Expressing beauty and creativity where there isn’t an answer.  

It’s CREATION. 

If you want to become insanely successful, CREATE. 

You might suck at it… 

… but then  you won’t. 

Zuck created Facebook and changed the world. 

Made a movie about him, and he was only 26 years old!

Steve Jobs created Apple.  Made a movie about him.  

Ray Kroc created the McDonald’s business model. Movie.

See a trend?

I could go on with Michael Jackson, Howard Hughes, Nikola Tesla, Thomas Edison and many others that did the same. 

Somebody created the sport of football… not that long ago, it was an IDEA. 

Not everyone that creates something impressive will have a movie made… but “creation” is foundational. 

I watched The Oscars with my wife awhile back. 

Once upon a time the iconic show was an idea until George Stanley created, The Oscar. 

The Grammy, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup… were all created by someone. 

Maybe you could create the “YOUR TOWN Small Business Awards” or “YOUR TOWN Home Services Business Awards’ and really roll out the red carpet and create something cool for local business owners? 

Think you might get some small business coaching clients? 

I can guarantee it. 

Year one will likely be mediocre and challenging but if you stick with it… could be monumental and a MUST ATTEND local event that you created. 

But most give up. 

No movie.
