Day 1441: Cutie. Patootie. Cafe. Tip.

Yesterday I explained what the 65th Crayola means for your coaching business, as well as how Dave’s Dad’s girlfriend asked him to treat her like a princess.

Speaking of him marrying her off to a stranger to strengthen the alliance with France…

I was chatting with My Drunk Aunt, and here is how it went: 

Me: You look deep in thought… what’s on your mind? 

My Drunk Aunt: Sometimes I read a text and think, ” What a psycho. Then I press send.

Me:

Nix that. 

Anyhoo…

Your one PROFIT ACCELERATION THING today is: 

Getting a Date’

Today is about social proof…  

… my Godson may or may not have done this successfully.

Have your 16-year-old boy / grandson / nephew etc… 

… go to the local café.

My guess is there’s a pretty 16-year-old girl working behind the counter.

If there’s not, tell him to go to the next café, and he’ll find a little cutie patootie shortly.

She’s behind the counter of the café, and she has a tip jar at the register.

It’s likely colored (can’t see into it, like a coffee cup) and almost empty.

Her strategy is to empty the coffee cup multiple times per day in an attempt to use pity to have the customers want to fill it.

Her goal is to maximize tips.

She doesn’t know it but her strategy stinks. 

Lets role play: 

Handsome Boy: Hey, this is going to sound crazy, but firstly, you have got the most beautiful eyes I’ve ever seen…. Secondly, do you mind if I ask you a question?

Pretty Girl: Blushes…. Thank you and ya, sure.

Handsome Boy: If I can increase your tips by fifty percent over the next 7 days, will you agree to go to the movies with me on Sunday?

Pretty Girl: Ummm… are you serious about the tip thing and how are you going to do that?”

Handsome Boy: Yes, I’m serious. Do we have a deal on the movie if I can increase your tips?

BTW, I’m not a weirdo, I’m just really good at business, and I’d be honored if you’d accompany me to a movie. In fact, I’ll give the advice anyway, but I’d really like to spoil you on Sunday.

Pretty Girl: Do tell, Mr. Handsome Business Guy.

Handsome Boy: *insert mojo* 

“OK, do this.

Make that tip jar see through, as in a glass, and make it a decent size, like a mug.

In the morning, fill it 75% to the top and make sure there are multiple tens, twenties and larger bills showing. 

Keep skimming it throughout the day to remain 75–90% full of larger bills visible.

It’ll work, and I’ll pick you up here at 6pm on Sunday.

We’re going to have a blast.”
