Output = Your Activity

Input = Your Return

Common advice is ‘The more you give… the more you receive.’

Which is true.

However…

… not all of your activity will come back in the same proportion.

I was a DJ after high school.

One 3 minute song got yawns… 

… a different song got the entire room up dancing. 

If you were to use a straight calculation… go activities (output) that’ll get you a 10X or greater long-term return (input).

One advertisement provides a 10% ROAS (return on ad spend).

With testing, measuring and adjustments… the same advertisement can get ten X the return. 

You can help a retailer for a monthly fee.

Or you can help a B2B business owner (accountant / web-designer / business broker etc…) with a small business client list of a few hundred.

The accountant loves the operating system you install and sends you 10 referrals, and you’ve got a 10X return over a regular coaching client.

And it doesn’t need to be financial.

You can have a glass of sugary coffee or a glass of green smoothie. 

I dare say a 10X return on your long-term health. 

You can watch Netflix for an hour… 

… or you can watch a powerful YouTube video and learn something incredibly valuable and then implement it.

You can spend an hour on social media mindlessly scrolling…

… or you can spend an hour deciding 1) what you want 2) why you want it 3) committing to the price of achieving it.

Start strategically managing your output and always try for a disproportionate return. 

They’re all around you and your clients. 

Tell the others. 

Now, pick up the phone and go help someone.
