Yesterday I was talking about the power of focusing product lines/services… which likely goes against your high-end coaching client’s instincts.
Speaking of focusing while locked inside for two months I’ve discovered something interesting.
When I want to get my wife’s attention…
I just sit down and look comfortable.
Anyhoo….
Your ONE COACHING THING Today Is:
“One Brand and ONLY Three Products”
This is a great rule of thumb for you and your high-end coaching clients to stay on track and avoid introducing far too many products/services.
They have a brand and that brand should ONLY have 3 products under it.
- High Priced
- Mid Priced
- Low Priced
The end.
When they need to introduce new products or services… they either replace one of the above three OR start a new Brand and create 3 new products under it.
