“Do you promise to love and cherish him even when he continues to watch loud videos on his phone after you’ve asked him to turn it down?”

Here’s advice I often give to children:

Time to Think should be:

Planned

Strategic

Approximately 45 minutes in length

In total isolation with a pen and paper

Written in a notebook so your notes can be orderly and easy to look back at your past ideas

Help your high-end coaching clients do the same…

Get them to send you their notes and those notes will act as magical pages of secrets to your coach/client relationship success.

But the secret here is to THINK ON PAPER which very few people do.

Great thoughts and million-dollar ideas (solutions to problems) die in between your ears.

Stop it.

*Yes of course you’ll think and thoughts throughout the day… when you have a thought, jot it down and transfer to your notebook when able*

Very few people take thinking seriously.
