One Thing: Day 49: I’m hungry/High-profit margins

Day 49: I’m hungry/High-profit margins

Yesterday I was talking about how if you motivate an idiot… they do stupid things quicker.

Followed up by why your ideal coaching clients don’t need to speed up… they likely need to stop and turn around.

A bit like my very average backflip into the pool to impress my daughter…  I would have been wise to check if there was enough water in the pool.

Hullo limp.

Anyhoo…

I’ve gotten an insane amount of emails over the last few days asking about ideal clients and what I recommend you look for in a new coaching client.

Assuming you don’t have a specific niche the first two ideal traits you should look for are your ONE THING:

1) Hunger.

Hunger is what wakes Serena up at 5 am to hit tennis balls when she’s made of money and likely to go down as the greatest of all time.

With a new baby, she’d like to spend time with no less.

She’s insanely hungry and that makes her easy to Coach and get results with.

Inner drive on steroids.

Federer has the same drive and so does Tom Brady.

I’ve never met any of them to ask… but I don’t need to.

2) High revenues and low-profit margins.

High revenues and low profits is an easy fix when you have any semblance of understanding financials.

It’s not that hard and PLENTY of it is common sense.

If you can work out how to read a baseball scoreboard and accompanying stats…. you can work out how to read the financials required to create some financial magic (get paid well with FOUND money) with your new coaching client.

And your tax returns are NOT financial statements.

Not even close.

You heard it here first.

We’re starting Day 2 of my Business Coaching Mastery 5 (BCM5) event in Cancun soon.

It’s 5:20 am and I need to get going but wanted to get an post out to you.

I’ve done one post every day since I started the ONE THING series but almost missed yesterday.

My personal FB Ninja saved the day.

I’m hoping to get a post to you tomorrow but it’s a tad crazy in Cancun with all our coaches (what an honor it is to be here with these total Rock Star Coaches!! The presentations have been INCREDIBLE so far. Wow) here so I’ll try to get it done but if I miss…

Be watching for a beauty on Friday.

It’ll be worth the wait and a very important message is coming your way for significantly increasing your coaching revenue.

Obsessed with your business coaching success,

Karl Bryan aka King Karl

PS. Impossible is not a declaration… it’s a dare.

I’m pretty sure that’s a Muhammad Ali quote.
