If you and your high end coaching clients have built an email list, been posting on social media without getting engagement, respect or being seen as an expert…
Or similar is happening at the local networking group.
The reason is simple:
Your Vibe.
You are trying to build rapport rather than BREAK IT.
Think of the saying:
‘People want what they can’t have.’
Neediness is therefore your enemy and you’re accidently giving off that needy vibe.
Think of the experienced salespeople you BOUGHT something expensive from…
They likely weren’t insanely nice and over the top accommodating.
Think of the most experienced waiter / waitresses…
They didn’t spend time at your table building a bunch of fake rapport.
Waiters in the highest end steakhouses walk around like they own the restaurant.
They are higher status than the people sitting at the tables they’re serving.
It’s their VIBE.
You often comment about it but can’t quite work out what it is.
You feel the intangible that makes them attractive.
Question…
Are you trying to build rapport and being ‘overly accommodating’ or are you posting, commenting and speaking like you’re higher status than your prospects?
And stop being so timid, nice and accommodating.
It’s embarrassing.
