Dangerous Dave and his girlfriend managed to patch things up after the pillow talk incident the other night, here’s their next conversation:
Girlfriend: I’m leaving you!
Dangerous Dave: Is it because I act like I know everything?
Girlfriend: Yes!
Dangerous Dave: I knew it.

As you read this today, think of Warren Buffett’s two rules.
1) Don’t lose money.
2) See rule number one.
Not very sexy.
I was rolling through social media and saw an Influencer say these two things in the same 3 minute video in relation to business:
1) ‘If you’re not growing, you’re dying’
2) ‘The higher the risk, the higher the reward’
This is advice from an amateur.
Here are two alternative ways to look at these:
1) Sometimes avoiding costly mistakes is more important than your forward momentum. The greatest football coaches punt 90% of the time on 4th and 1 for a reason.
2) The higher the risk… the HIGHER THE RISK.
Not very sexy.
