Yesterday I was explaining how an Undercover Billionaire built a $5.5 million dollar business in 90 days, as well as how Dave had a nice long walk on the beach with his girlfriend.
Speaking of well, until the LSD wore off, and then he realized he was dragging a stolen mannequin around the Wendy’s parking…

Dangerous Dave: Are you still going to the gym?
Stu: No, not happening.
Wifey: Why?
Stu: The last time I was there I kept using my phone… a hulking guy came up and asked me if it was fingers day.

On a quarterly basis, you and your high-end coaching clients should sit back and analyze where you’re at…
If you’d done it consistently, you’d see an extra 0 at the end of your bank balance.
How does it work?
You ask the RIGHT QUESTIONS.
Not, how do I make more money… How do I create more sales…
… which questions work the best?
Here are the questions I just went through:
– What don’t I see?
– How are world events affecting us?
– How will world events affect us in the future?
– What 20% of my clients represent 80% of my revenue?
– What further value can I bring to the 20%?
– Where am I winning the proverbial battle but losing the proverbial war?
– Where have I lost perspective?
– What forces bigger than me do I need to align with?
– Where do I lack skills and experience?
– What talent do I need to hire?
– What am I afraid of?
– What does the market need from us now?
– What will the market need from us over the next 3 years?
– What is the 5% that moves the needle, and what is the 95% I can leave alone?
– What part of my business needs to be decentralized (separate GM, separate financials Etc…)?
– What expenses can I eliminate (get a client, keep a client) without affecting revenues?
– What opportunities exist to create more high-profit revenue?
– There are more… but these should keep you busy.
Always review the past quarter’s answers / notes before starting on the current quarter.
The clearer your answers… the higher quality of your decisions.
Higher quality of decisions, the better business you’ll build and the more money you and your clients will earn and keep.
