More Advice From Tony Robbins… Part 2
Yesterday, I posted on how important it was “believing success can be yours” as per Tony Robbins’ $10MM client.
Now I would like to take Tony Robbins’ message to another level for you… massive returns when you ‘Invest in YOU!’
I’m not talking about the investment in lame traditional education so much, but something more powerful, making a habit of investing in the attainment and fostering of business coaching clients for your business!
There are only three ways for you to make money in this world
- Real Estate
- Stocks
- Business
Make no mistake – for you, your kids, your coaching clients, the quickest and surest way to achieve financial freedom is through operating a successful business.
Cash flow from a successful business is what enables your clients to buy solid/profitable assets and keep on paying for them! Therefore, being a successful business coach puts you in the driver’s seat to wealth… IF you do it properly.
90% of business coach’s databases and contacts grow old and void from a lack of contact. I’m talking about dynamic, entrepreneurial business minds with money to spend and direction needed and I’m talking about thousands of names on cold, cold lists.
In many cases, you’ve invested enormous amounts of money, time and effort in making the first contact after which hundreds of prospective small business coaching clients are never contacted again! No further investment, no return, lost cash flow = lost investment opportunity for your family and legacy.
Most businesses concentrate on finding new clients continually.
If this is you, you don’t own a business… you own a ‘promotion’ and are working too hard for not nearly the coaching income you deserve.
Effectively learning how to foster and nurture relationships, partly using automation, will create coaching clients and profits that will otherwise go to waste.
How often should you make contact with your coaching prospects?
Well, if you go by what Tony Robbins says… you’ll know the coaching icon believes you can never contact your prospects/clients too often… provided you’re ‘educating’ them.
If you don’t contact your list at least twice a month – they aren’t your ‘prospects’. This equates to a mere 24 contacts per year. And don’t think you have to be ‘selling’ every time – more to the point, you should be ‘educating’ every time with sprinkles of opportunities “to buy.” Or in the words of Gary Vaynerchuk… “Jab, jab, jab… left hook.”
Being in continual and frequent contact positions you as the first person they think of when wanting to grow their business. When the accountant gets a question he can’t answer from a client… you need to be his go-to guy/gal. This will allow you to dominate your competitors and create a profitable playing field they’ll never know/understand, or be able to copy.
Let me put this as simply as I possibly can. Focus on wealth creation through your, and your clients business efforts because nothing returns in multiples as predictably as being a well-versed business entrepreneur.

I own lots of real estate and its sensational thanks to compound interest… but show me a real estate deal that can double your return in 12 months consistently. Doesn’t happen.
The richest people on the planet invest in businesses… not real estate!!! (Venture Capitalist’s… and the likes of Warren Buffett, Jeff Bezos, the late great Steve Jobs, etc.)
Don’t be fooled by late night TV and the ridiculous idea of “flipping houses.”
Good news: There’s a strategy that I can virtually GUARANTEE has the potential to ensure that this year is your best year yet as a business coach, despite the condition of the economy or what country you’re in.
You have a product called YOU – and you get paid for it.
That strategy is the ability to find any small business owner $100,000 in 45 minutes without them having to spend a dollar on marketing or advertising.
And BTW, I’m not talking Jedi mind tricks and smoke screen hoopla to make a lame coaching sale where the client cancels with you in 45 days. I mean legitimately make your business coaching clients money and trust me, they love to make money and will pay you, happily.
For years instead of months.
But… it’s critical you put money in their bank account over the first 90 days of your relationship (ideally sooner).
I do the same for business coaches… I meet a broke coach every week (if not every day!) and I make them money or I don’t get paid. It’s simple. Blows my mind other ppl don’t see the business the same way?!?!
