I believe the way you describe something matters and therefore…
It’s a million times more helpful to picture it as a series of ‘sales cliffs’ than a funnel.
They click through or they don’t.
They opt in or they don’t.
They book a call or they don’t.
They show up on the call or they don’t.
They book a follow up meeting or they don’t.
They buy or they don’t.
Stop picturing it as a ‘funnel’.. no one is sliding down anything.
Help your clients do the same.
